ChatNPU Keyboard and ChatNPU App

ChatNPU includes two parts: the ChatNPU app and the ChatNPU keyboard.

The app is used to choose identities, set keyboard languages, and access support and privacy information. The keyboard is the extension you use while typing in other apps to rewrite text in your selected style.

On iOS, Full Access is not required — ChatNPU does not need Apple's Full Access keyboard permission to work. On Android, ChatNPU runs as a standard input method and does not request permissions to track typing across other apps.

1. Quick Setup

  • Install ChatNPU from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • Open the app and choose identities and keyboard languages.
  • Enable ChatNPU as a keyboard in iOS Settings, or in Android's “Languages & input” settings.
  • Switch between your available keyboards to find the ChatNPU keyboard.

2. Compatibility

ChatNPU needs modern local AI device infrastructure to work.

If this is not available, an error message will be displayed. Please confirm with Supported Devices.

3. Currently Supported Languages

English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese.

4. Registration and Cost

  • ChatNPU is free to download and free to use.
  • No registration is required.
  • Private message text is not collected.
  • Text entered in the keyboard is not tracked.
  • No advertisements are shown.

5. Errors on Rewrites

Tap to retry. Some phrases may not currently be available for rewriting because of specific safety constraints.
